You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShipAll, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and stop using our Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10.3 Effect of Termination
